Architectural Review Submissions
The CC&R’s and Architectural Guidelines require residents to submit detailed plans for any external remodeling, including: Modifying an existing structure, new construction of residence, outbuilding construction, new fences, walls, landscaping, etc.
Please submit plans (click “+WORK ORDER”, upper right hand corner) here: Create Architectural Review Work Order
Work order should be submitted 8 weeks prior to the start of new construction, or 6 weeks prior to the start of other improvements.
